Ingredients:

Procedure:

  1. In a medium sized saute pan or fry pan, sauté the garlic, onion, scallion, shallot and crushed peppercorns in butter for 4 minutes.
  2. Add demi-glace, water, cream, brandy and simmer.
  3. Season to taste with salt.
