Associate of Applied Science & Diploma in Culinary Arts: An Associate of Applied Science degree program, the Culinary Arts curriculum at The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Austin is a 2-year program that prepares graduates for entry-level positions in the food service industry. Coursework is varied and hands-on, and includes topics such as cost control, sanitation, nutrition, menu & beverage management, and food preparation. In addition, students will learn how to work with other culinary arts students, producing food in large quantities in a short period of time. Graduates will be well-prepared to seek employment as a garde manager or line cook.
Associate of Applied Science in Baking & Pastry: a program combining hands baking with an emphasis on pastry and bread making with business skills and critical thinking.
Bachelor of Science in Culinary Management: Available at The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Austin as a BS degree program, the Culinary Management curriculum focuses on the management and leadership skills that are essential to the field. In addition to preparing graduates for positions in restaurant and catering management, the BA in Culinary Management program includes class work in financial management, communications, and accounting, making graduates of the BA in Culinary Management degree program well-rounded and ready to seek employment.

Bachelor of Science in Food & Beverage Management: The Food and Beverage Management program is a 180-hour baccalaureate course of study which provides a wide variety of specialized education to students planning to pursue a management career in the food and beverage industry.
