Hello-

I am looking for information on culinary arts. I am a family and consumer science teacher. I have my masters in education. I am looking to acheive additional credits. I am not sure this is possible. Perhaps weekend classes, school vacations etc. I would love to take classes in this area.

I look forward to you reply.
Respectfully submitted,
Kathy

People should be clear as to what they want in their career once they pass of a hospitality course. One must be sure that if he/she wants to be a chef then they should opt for a culinary program and not a Hotel management program. Only graduates with a culinary degree are the most suitable for a chef's career as they undergo a full fleged kitchen training unlike a hotel management degree which actually grooms people for a Service,front-office or a accommodation operations career.
