About Remington College
Remington College gears all of its courses – including Culinary Arts – toward post-graduation employment. In fact, this is the school's mission: to prepare graduates for employment in some of the most cutting edge careers available.
To better serve this mission, area employers are encouraged to take part in training and job opportunities for students. They are also invited to provide feedback on what they like to see in graduates they intend to bring on board. All faculty members are chosen with these real-life skills in mind, and class sizes tend to be fairly small, with an average of fewer than 25 students per class.
About the Culinary Arts Program
The Culinary Arts at Remington College is a 24-month program. The school offers flexible schedules to accommodate those who need day or evening classes, and all training focuses on entry-level employment in restaurants and commercial kitchens. This is a degree program, meaning that graduates are awarded with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Culinary Arts.

Chef John Pladocostante holds a Master's Degree in Gastronomy and studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. These two and the other chef-instructors at the school hold decades of experience in the field.
Facilities
The kitchen facilities at Remington are modern and commercial. They are designed to emulate the real-world experience of working in a restaurant. All tools and equipment are up-to-date with current techniques. Students are encouraged to make the most of the facilities to orient themselves to working in all types of kitchens.
