About Sullivan University
Founded in 1962, Sullivan University is a private school that offers educational experiences ranging from certifications through doctorate degrees. About the Culinary Arts Program
Sullivan University’s Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts focuses on building good food preparation skills, but the education doesn’t stop there. In addition, students learn skills that will make them valuable restaurant employees, including purchasing and inventory control.
Creativity is also encouraged at Sullivan University, and students are able to add their own unique touches to their cooking. The AS degree can also be combined with studies in Baking and Pastry Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or Professional Catering.
About the Hospitality Management Program
For those interested in Hospitality Management, Sullivan University offers an eighteen-month program.
