About Lincoln Culinary Institute
As an entire educational institution, Lincoln Technical Institute has been around for over 60 years. In its earliest years, it was intended to serve as a way for WWII veterans to gain access to skilled careers. This kind of focus on technical skills and qualification for employment has carried over through the years.
Today, Lincoln Culinary Institute provides students with the skills and training they need to compete in high-tech and cutting edge careers all around the nation. In addition to the culinary arts, Lincoln Tech offers programs and degrees in a variety of fields, including health services, automotive, skilled trades, and information technology.
Although the Culinary Arts program is only available in Connecticut, Florida, and Maryland, the school itself branches across 17 states and a total of 37 different campuses.
About the Culinary Arts Program
Lincoln Culinary Institute offers accredited training in general culinary arts. The course listing includes classes in a number of different international techniques and flavors, including French, Asian, Mediterranean, Latin, and traditional American cooking.
