Culinary Management - Associate's Degree
As the only school in Connecticut that offers a culinary degree, the Culinary Management program at Lincoln College of New England is a great choice for those interested in a culinary career. As this Associate's degree program can be completed in as little as 18 months, students will learn in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Consisting of 12 months of on-campus training and 6 months of paid internship experience, the Associate's Degree in Culinary Management from Lincoln College of New England is a great way to combine a love of culinary arts and management.
As part of the program, students can choose between a concentration in Culinary Arts for Small Business & Entrepreneurs or Culinary Arts for Commercial Health Care Dining. Additionally, students will learn in commercial grade kitchens, receiving top-notch instruction from professional chefs.
Hospitality Management - Associate's Degree
Available at Lincoln College of New England as an Associate's Degree program, the Hospitality Management curriculum can be completed in as little as 18 months. In addition to 12 months of on-campus learning, students will also complete a hands-on paid internship in the hospitality industry.
Students of the Associate's Degree in Hospitality Management program at Lincoln College of New England will learn the skills needed in order to work at a hotel, casino, spa, restaurant, or other hospitality setting. Coursework centers around the skills of managing a business, running operations, hiring staff, and much more.
